Bookkeeping Policy & Terms
At Ink & Ledger, LLC, our mission is to streamline your financial management with ease and efficiency. By following this policy, we ensure the delivery of precise, high-quality bookkeeping services tailored to meet your unique needs.
If you have any questions or need clarification before booking, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to support you every step of the way.
All packages (Core, Basic, and Premium) are prepaid monthly via ACH (Automated Clearing House) for secure and convenient transactions. Payment is due in full at the start of each billing cycle to activate or renew your selected package before any work commences/continues.
Your chosen package renews automatically each month on the anniversary of your start date, ensuring uninterrupted service. You’ll enjoy consistent support without the need to rebook manually.
If your bookkeeping needs exceed your package’s allocated hours (5, 8, or 16), additional hours will be billed at the package-specific rate (Core: $30/hour, Basic: $50/hour, Premium: $75/hour). These charges will be invoiced at the end of the month via ACH and are due within 7 business days.
Need more hours or a higher tier? You can upgrade your package at any time by contacting us. The new rate will apply starting with your next billing cycle, prorated if upgraded mid-month.
To discontinue your package, notify us in writing at least 14 days before your next renewal date. Services will continue through the end of your current paid month, and no mid-cycle refunds will be issued. Additional hours invoiced prior to cancellation remain due.
Your included 30-minute Zoom consultation must be scheduled in advance based on availability. Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or changes within 24 hours—or no-shows—will forfeit the consultation for that month.

Virtual Admin Services

To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly request adherence to our booking and payment policy. This allows us to deliver reliable, personalized support tailored to your unique needs.

- Select Your Package – Choose from our 5-hour, 10-hour, or individual hourly options.
- Receive Your Payment Link – Once you’ve selected a package, we’ll send you a secure payment link to complete your purchase.
- Book Your Hours at Your Own Pace – After payment confirmation, you’ll receive a calendar link to schedule assistance whenever needed—whether for administrative tasks, bookkeeping, or both.
- Enjoy Hassle-Free Support – Your prepaid hours remain valid for 12 months, ensuring you have expert help on demand, with no contracts or monthly commitments required.

All payments are non-refundable. Your prepaid hours remain valid for one (1) year from purchase.
Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice. No cancellations or changes are permitted within 24 hours of your session—booked time will be deducted from your package or considered used.
Missed sessions without notice will be charged as used hours.
Prepaying locks in your rate, secures your spot, and lets us focus on delivering top-notch service without delays. It’s a win-win—your tasks get done, and we keep things running smoothly.
